By accessing or using hekimalabs.tech (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance.

The Site is an informational and lead-capture website for Hekima Labs, an AI and automation studio based in Nairobi, Kenya. The Site allows prospective clients to learn about our services and submit a Discovery Quiz to initiate a business conversation. No services are sold, contracted, or delivered through the Site. Any engagement with Hekima Labs is subject to a separate written agreement.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to: • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable Kenyan or international law • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure • Transmit spam, malware, or any harmful code through the Site • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Site in bulk without our written consent • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity • Use the Site to send unsolicited commercial communications

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and code, is the property of Hekima Labs or its licensors and is protected by Kenyan and international copyright law. You may view, download, and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial reference only. You may not reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission.

When you submit the Discovery Quiz, you represent that: • The information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge • You have authority to submit the information on behalf of the organisation named • You consent to us using the information to prepare a personalised AI Readiness Assessment and follow up with you Quiz submissions do not create a contract, obligation, or guarantee of services. All engagement is at the sole discretion of Hekima Labs.

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Any information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law, Hekima Labs and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed KES 10,000 (ten thousand Kenyan Shillings) or the equivalent amount in your local currency.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
